Purtroppo, Peter Vaughan è morto oggi, 6 dicembre, all’età di 93. A confermare la triste notizia è stato il suo agente Sally Long-Inne.
Per cinque stagioni di Game of Thrones (HBO), Peter ha interpretato Maester Aemon, il maestro cieco di Night Watch schierato dalla parte di Jon Snow. Peter Vaughan ha recitato anche nei film Brazil, An Ideal Husband, Straw Dogs and The Remains of the Day.
